tomlwrangler d1 migrations apply not request user input ( to write y ). eg, --yes flag is used on some other wrangler commands to auto accept but does not work for migrations command.CI-1CI=1 npx wrangler d1 migrations apply works.rows_read: 100 (aka I get 100 billed rows)?
