Its in seconds by default. You can get days instead by putting dd at the end, for example --expire 1d--expire 1d becomes 86400 seconds (1 day) whereas --expire 1--expire 1 is 1 second

You are always billed only for requests that actually get to R2, so cached requests are never counted.

It’s technically undocumented, but I’m planning on making a few changes to it so I can document it in the future. Ya, I do for a a couple things not otherwise available via normal APIs. Creating a bucket, assigning a public domain to it, etc. Basically allowing users to provision R2 without them needing to go digging and setting something up wrong. I’m not close to a computer atm to double check, but it think that’s the only undocumented stuff related to R2 I’m doing.

Cloudflare doesnt not ban any countries sometimes governments will block some cloudflare IPs but afaik theres not any issues in Turkey right now and it would be very noticeable if it was.

I assume both those issues are just due to the video being so large and as a single mp4 instead of many parts

It works fine for me on PC but probably because I have 2gig internet. Cloudflare stream would probably be good for you or try to create many quality options with some service before uploading to R2

But until 2 days ago, it was opening without any problems on all devices. First, the pub url gave an SSL error for no reason. When I switched to the cdn.anizium.com url, it would run smoothly for 1 day, and then this problem occurred.

Hi all, I'm trying to determine if R2 is appropriate for my use case. I just want to serve a single, static .epub and be able to track download metrics. Is R2 a good solution for this? If so, what can I expect for billing/bandwidth charges, especially if there are abnormal spikes in bandwidth; and what do I need to do in order to track the number of downloads? Currently testing on a dev bucket.

Its not documented. Ideally you shouldnt worry about it and should just not use r2.dev for anything except development and testing (for which you wouldnt need to know the exact limits)

I personally doubt it, but you could create the same effect using KV (or D1) and Workers (and Workers cron triggers, to run a daily check)
