You may try to enable secondary verification through your Account settings of the game if it is still possible or try to secure all your login methods. However, you will still need to wait patiently for a response from the customer service as they will be able to remove unauthorized access from your account if you provide them with required and accurate information.

As long as an account has been used for cheating activities, no matter who the person involved is (whether it is the owner or someone else), the account is bound to be terminated as per the terms of service of the game.

@Quendi well, keeping in mind the fact that the account was hacked, " terminating " my account its the worst thing you could do, in legal terms you are obligated to investigate and remediate any issues due to hacking/stealing, but i guess you already know that

If you have downloaded all the resource packs and you still need to download certain skins, this is an issue that will be resolved with the upcoming 2.9 version update, @RafaelZKai. In the meantime, you may need to download these skins separately.
