Alan Wake 2 won't launch
Tried proton experimental, proton GE, Wine, setting environmental variables, adding the game to Steam to no avail. The game shows as 'playing' for a couple of seconds and stops.

DO NOT touch any heroic settings
use winetricks to install d3dcompiler_43 and d3dcompiler_47
when you open winetricks, you select default wineprefix
install dll or component
and search for above 2
and then check them and click ok
then close winetricks and try running the game

Cthen i'm almost positive your game is corrupt, so you will need to verify and repair
CWinetricks can't uninstall things, you'd have to recreate the prefix entirely

That's one of the top priority things to look for in these logs, if a game depends on a DLL that isn't installed, it won't launch until you provide that DLL

PThe game launches now, but forces me to quit

PI disabled mangohud just in case but that was not it
Dcheck to see if you had to associate your game with epic.. usually this ends up in a browser window somewhere
