Does the pro plan include $20 to use as a gift every month as hobby plan?
What is $20/seats? Is this a charge for each user I invite to the team?

Another question, to get the region option do I need access to the priority boarding team as well?

yes beta is still required, but thats as simple as opening the dashboard, hitting ctrl / cmd + k, typing in
join, and clicking on the join priority boarding button

Hello, if I upgrade to the pro plan and invite members, could I delete them in the future without any problem? I tried to look for information in the documentation about this, in case there are any problems with projects that members manipulate or create?
yes you can add and remove members at will, they will still cost the seat price though
