Hi! I'm trying to dynamically create D1 database with the CF API, and then to PATCH the script bindings to permit to my worker to reach the new D1 database.
The dynamic creation works great, but the PATCH return me this error:

Hi, for my use case I have to store large blobs of JSON (3-10MB files). My idea was to combine D1 (for metadata) and R2 (for blob storage). I was wondering if it is possible to write to both in a transactional way? Is there some kind of transaction API that I could use?

Doesn't seem like there's anyway to reach the d1 database during this outage. it's weird too since the website still works and insert/retreives rows just fine.

My symptoms are: My site currently works and it seems like it can access the database (so working so far)... However, when I try to deploy a new version I get an error: "binding DB of type d1 failed to generate. Please try again later or contact support. [code: 10021]". Also, when trying to go to the D1 page in the Dashboard it just loads indefinitely... Hopefully something temporary! Will try again in a few hours...
