WDoes the telemFFB log indicate any errors? Sounds like USB could be picking up interference or smth.
Sthe only error is after some seconds the beep and the X axis disconnect with that previous error.

Nwith the engine stopped, but the effect still playing... look at the Telemetry output in TelemFFB.. what do you see for 'PropRPM`?

NSet it back to 0.2 in TelemFFB but drop your periodic effects slider in VPConf to %25 (and apply).. see if it still happens. That should be a pretty good indication as to whether TelemFFB is the cause, or if its something with the Rhino config

Nagreed, but this also changes the amount of power the Rhino is pulling when generating the effects... reducing the slider in vpconf will have the same net effect
Seffects slider at %25 I cant reproduce the problem and after that I set it again to 50 and started right away with it! I managed to put it at %0 the effects slider and rhino continued to shake and then stopped it with debug - reset motors.
