If your account recovery request was not approved, it may be due to insufficient or inaccurate evidence you provided to the customer service. In this case, you will need to contact the in-game customer service again and make sure to provide them the accurate information. We unfortunately will not be able to help you with this any further through the community.

Why was my PUBG partner title taken away?!
It's a general question because the in-game support isn't able to answer it properly.
