Email Preview Payload does not save state between tabs

This is very fustrating as I have to save by example payload outside of the web browser to test if the email looks correct while I am iterating on it

I think so, as I was tring to debug all of the handlebar stuff and I had no clue how to create the handlebars that I needed like nested each loops.
Due to the system not "seeing" nested loops, I had to do something totally different then what is in the payload.

This required me to have my own json and after the first time I lost it I had to store it outside. This was very furstrating as I was already having alot of issues with the editor.
