If you are unable to receive the verification code, please check the following, @KS ・ ShaYaN:
1. Ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked to your game account.
2. Check whether you have whitelisted these 2 email accounts:
* noreply@pubgmobile.com
* service@pubgmobile.com
3. Check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, it is recommended to wait a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
