Yes, selling popularity for real money or UC is a violation of PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can only exchange popularity for other popularity, not for money or UC.

I need help recovering my account. I have been hacked but to wait 7 more days before setting up 2FA. Can't reset password, because I get the "Too frequently" warning. Afraid the hacker will set up his own 2FA and lock me out. I've submitted a recovery request but says it takes up to 7 days. Please someone help.

Regarding the message "Too frequently," you may try again at another time or after 24 hours. To recover your account, please contact customer service in-game so they can assist you with this issue. Refer to subpoint 5.4 in #faq for further information.

I've already waited 24 hours, still nothing. I've contacted them through in game customer service 3 times, they keep saying things like "please don't share your password with anyone" or "look after your account", the messages look like generically automated responses. Zero help/investigation/action offered by them.

You’ll need to wait till update is available to you. And your getting this issue because the player your trying to invite has already updated the game.
