Did not work for me
If this fix works for me I will feel so silly.
But also should try getting it pinned and added to F.A.Q.
I installed Kinoite 38 and rebased to 38 Bazzite when it came out.
I didn't search for fixes for the issue because I wasn't overly motivated till this moment today. Tho it was a nagging issue.
I can verify it isn't universal blue ISO installer related..or maybe that is the issue.. 🙃 (on 39 Bazzite now)

For anyone trying to charge their DualSense on PC, make sure STEAM client is turned OFF, otherwise, when plugging the USB it will turn the controller led Blue, which I suppose it means it's on game mode, and won't charge. Stopping steam and plugging on turn the led blinking orange, hopefully means it's actually charging.
