Please make sure to grant storage permissions for PUBG MOBILE, then try clearing the game's cache. Go to Settings > Apps > PUBG MOBILE > Storage > Clear cache. If the issue persists, you can follow the same steps, but afterward, delete the App Data.

When Merit is below 60, any EXP and BP earned will be reduced by 70%. Additionally, you will not be able to play any Ranked matches or multiplayer modes. Try playing Solo matches or AI Mode.
