Plex integration issues

i'm having issues with plex integration for currently playing titles
tried with and without http / https
got the plex token from the view xml thing
the dot for main plex app is green / link workign but the list is just empty and has a red plex circle icon at the bottom right :

There is no error with that in the console? You sure that this is the full log?

Please don't spam the chat with multiple issues. We'll help you eventually - don't worry.
The errors means that Homarr can't reach these applications.
Either the IP is invalid, your firewall blocks it or the container is not reachable (invalid docker network config).

Can you try to bash in the container and wget / curl/ ping to Plex?

the plex itself is green the integration is the thing not working yes ping works

For plex, chances are you need http, not https

I'm confused about how you did your setup because you should not be getting a 200, plex requires auth and will throw a 401 when queried

Oh nvm we changed that in 0.14.1 so I guess now we don't get rejected on unauthorized pings

It could be that Plex itself is blocking because of some network settings. It happens from time to time that someone wonders in there and just changes the option thinking "great, more secure"

In plex, under settings -> network, Make sure "secure connections" is set to "Preferred"
