Bso i got bazzite on the deck and its working great, i was just wondering how security is like with a passwordless user account, should i add a password? does it still go into the steamui automatically on boot or do i have to log in first?

VJust curious, I've always been an EmuDeck user, and am about to get a Deck (which I plan to do some emulating on). So, what pros and cons are there between retrodeck and emudeck?

HLegion L+X/A no longer work any ideas why? I don't have windows installed so no firmware update should have happened to make them inoperable.
HThey don't work in desktop or in game.

Gis there a way to persistently set the hostname to anything other than fedora on seemingly any edition of bazzite not installed on an actual steam deck?
HNvm I got it. Went into settings and clicked reset controller conf to default buttons work again which is weird cause I never messed with that.

Hhmm give me a moment, since i originally had to change mine, i will try change it again
Hsudo hostnamectl hostname xReplace x with the new hostname and reboot
GIve done hostname x, hostnamectl hostname x, set it in gamemode settings, none work. it works on the deck, but not the desktop
Ghostnamectl says it cant write /etc/home or something, Im away from that computer rn though
Hthere shouldnt be any changes that makes it not work on the desktop image but work on the deck image, considering the deck image uses the desktop image as base from my understanding
