Gthere's a part of the config that allows you to change the image your are basing off of, you can change it to the link to the bazzite OCI image you want to base off of

Git means you will
Gbecause you are basing off of bazzite you don't have to worry about merge conflicts, etc with newer versions, you just use the newest bazzite version every time you build

MYes it did. There’s been a lot of updates to it in the past few days to address the broken UI and to add support for the Legion Go’s two front Lenovo buttons
Mthe visual change and new frame rate limiter broke it but the current maintainer has been very prompt with updating his GitHub for continued support

Ait uses ryzenadj, so you should do a quick check to make sure it's working on your install of bazzite (
sudo ryzenadj -inote that on the Legion Go, you'll need polling enabled
Athe Go has an issue where the hardware somehow eventually resets TDP to Lenovo's performance profile values. HC works around this on the Windows side unintentionally due to how it basically constantly writes TDP values.
AIdeally, Lenovo will release a bios fix for the weird TDP behavior

Fyou have to install it there too, unless that distrobox offers mesa-git by default
KRight, steam is layered into the image so it's using our Mesa which is Fedora's + patches from Valve
KSo you can set up a distribution with Mesa git and run stuff through that, which works great
Fyou can try to use some Proton which bundles mesa-git changes on Steam
same goes for Wine in Bottles/Lutris

KOr update our mesa, but the former is by far the recommended
