BDepending on the style you want I like finding legit small makers on Etsy
WDo you want actual leg warmers or are you cool with base layers/thermal pieces? They're probably more versatile than warmers but if that's the style you want then yeah etsy is the choice

KIt's all drop shippers who take like a month to ship now
KI got some from depop and some from just taking the sleeves of wool sweaters and chopping them off. You put the wrist at the top of your calf and it's the perfect shape + usually cinches your leg so it stays up
