Typescript is converted to JavaScript when compiling/transpiling. Anything that will work in Typescript will work in JavaScript as well.

I just cant wrap my head around this... I copied the entire script from the cloudflare documentation. While building my site it acknowledges that I have a function, I can also see it in functions section of my page as the _middleware.ts:onRequest when I submit the simple form I copied from the documentation, I cant see anything in my network tab, it just doesnt work

When I deploy the wrangler page, the functions side files are not imported.
This seems to be a bug because I can do it in advanced mode.

Hi All, I'm looking to architect a web application. I'd like to use gastsby along with Pages functions to pull user data from D1 and then display a gatsby page based on that data. The data, in D1 will not be changing that often. Often, it will be updated months before hand -- BUT it could be updated the day it would be needed by the app (scheduling work shifts, etc.). Is this something that can be handeled in pages functions? I'm trying to understand if this is an appropriate use of pages functions or not. To add more info, the REACT inside Gatsby will be made in such a way that the page will start the fetch from D1 and then the returned data will be injected into each Gatsby/React component. The problem is, I can't understand whether or not that can actually work correctly? Thanks for any help that you can provide.

I'm using the remix setup(

Not an official answer but doubtful. Pages doesn't even support log push so if something happens to your function like this, you have to be live streaming to even be able to view the logs, which may not even be helpful

Even if you had logs, it won't tell you what function hit the timeout so you'd have to just log checkpoints along your code and see how far it gets before it fails - but yeah, Logpush is oddly missing from Pages.

I would check your Pages Function Metrics: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/pages/view/:pages-project/analytics/production and see what your Median CPU Time is now.
You may still be running on the edge of CPU Time now but just not getting errors due to less traffic or slightly lower usage
