As the full message says, the issues are with the Vercel CLI thats used and so would be out of our control sadly, if you encounter those I would recommend raising issues with Vercel so they can improve Windows support for their tooling

Cloudflare streams responses. They only buffer uploads (by default, Enterprise can turn on buffering responses). iirc you can do something cursed with streams to achieve it, I believe it was talked about in #r2 before.
The tricky thing would be per IP

At first it was disconnecting in the middle of a request and I thought it has something to do with my code. After a few tries it started working again now it randomly disconnects.

I haven't measured it like that. Whenever I start up the worker I randomly get this fetch failed.
Because the local dev is so slow, I write the logic in normal .ts file, run it with bun and once it starts working copy the code to workers.
