How to tighten a t-shirt's collar ?
I have this t-shirt that really likes, but the collar has become quite loose over time. Is there a good DIY way to tighten it ?

You either have to add material. Plus it's hard to find matching material unlessm you take away from the same shirt or elsewhere.
Or you try to do a wet & shrink with heat method but solely focused on the collar. Which is.... very hard to do
Even when you do a full wet & shrink in a drying machine the shrinkage is often random and not uniform across the garment
So basically it's ano for a DIY
Or attempt and expect the worst based on your risk appetite
To second Nay's comment, diy water+heat methods of shrinking cotton won't affect the synthetic stitching on the hems and collar so expect it to turn out very wonky if you try to go that route.
