i dont usually have issues with lutris, bottles, or boxes crashing personally. easiest way to debug them is to run them in the terminal and read the logs when it crashes.

would probably be the easiest to run if you can easily reproduce that. but i see kyle thinks its filesystem corruption
I'm not too sure about Bottles and Bnet, ive gotten that to work previously with Bottles, but you could try Lutris unless that's causing crashes there. Highly recommend just install Bnet with the lutris script though to see if that fixes it. Try to install Heroic in Discover for Epic Games
SELinux is preinstalled and is about the closest you would get to something like this with executables.

.sh.sh are bash scripts. right click > properties > permissions > Is executable
and right click the program again and select "Run in Konsole" or open a terminal in the file manager in the location of the .sh file and enter ./nameofscript.sh./nameofscript.sh

Well I can definitely try that, can you help walk me through how to run it from the terminal? I'm very newbish with this OS. I will share the results of the log. 2. I did get Bnet working on lutris but it crashed a 100 times on the way to try and get it installed. 3. I'm sorry what is this in reference to? as 3 was about spotube. 4. the same with this, what was this in reference to? as 4 was about focuswriter.

It is strange to me because I installed bazzite a few times actually and this is the first time I am experiencing those issues, last time I didn't have that problem, so I don't know if its a problem with the SSD somehow, or a problem with my files or something else

If it helps any to troubleshoot this, sometimes restarting the PC fixes some of the freezing/crashing or transparent windows, but not always

There's a nice GUI for journal logs called "Logs" in Discover that you might want to install and view next time any of this happens. It will tell you way more than you need and complain about other things, but it might be useful for debugging

last time i had issues with freezing was on my old PC build with a very cheap SSD i had that eventually failed, but i dont want to automatically assume it's hardware related

im pretty sure i used fedora writer onto a usb and then installed to external ssd(which uses internet to install)

One Idea i have is, you know how some programs are preinstalled? I actually installed the discover versions as well, maybe that messed something up? I thought it would be easier to see what apps update in discover, but perhaps that was not intended to do for this OS
