Database unavailable intermittently

Problem Description:
Our database becomes unavailable from our application and within the Neon console tables UI for long periods (up to minutes). We have tried increasing the base compute size but it seems to have made no difference. This is happening regularly (noticed multiple times a day as an end user). Is this something which is just due to Neon being unstable as a platform, or is this a problem with our database, can it be resolved?
p.s. your create support ticket system in the Neon console crashes my Chrome browser tab repeatedly after about 20 seconds (or when I write too much not sure which). I tried about 9 times before finally submitting a half completed report and also coming here to write out something similar looking for help.

Ok. I see the support ticket. It's in 'waiting on customer' status. If you are continuing to experience the same performance issue, please add that to the ticket.
