This is immutable fedora rather than workstation, you'll want to use distrobox when possible and rpm-ostree when that doesn't suffice

IMO I think you shouldn't disable grub by default or at least add an EFI boot entry for using grub .

I had to do a full reinstall since I had no way to use grub

The OLED deck itself requires numerous other patches just due to changes that have been made. There was also the issue of drd versus xhci that's now resolved
