I'm confused what you mean by dynamically? Seems like you'd just need need to set the output directory in Pages CI to ./build/html./build/html.

no, its not on any CI, its in a non ci build script

Still confused. Can you just run wrangler pages deploy ./build/htmlwrangler pages deploy ./build/html?
