Server is often using 1vCPU

ProjectID: ecb88f5c-0f8f-4814-870b-feb00e28c8b3 Hi, I deployed an Docker image in railway, however the image is often stick with 1vCPU, even when it's idle. Note that there are no request to the server above too. Also, this also do not happen with another image in Railway. Any possible cause, and solution for this situation?

that's just how the app behaves, unless this is your code there's not much you can do
