colormgr import-profile [path]so the failed copy is likely not a copy error

ZFrom my understanding there seems to be some support for importing icm profiles as well on Linux, at least hinted to by guides showing that you can also select a .icm file

ZKDE will have HDR, has better options and works better with tray icons and quickly changing settings and feels snappier to use. GNOME has better colour management out of the box and is super nice when working as it feels out of the way
ZAnd the programs I use only a day to day basis are usually more GTK based and often feel better designed

Ktray icons work well for me on gnome
KKDE will definitely have HDR before GNOME, but when a MR lands in gnome for the needed wayland protocols I'll add it to gnome-vrr
