can confirm it pairs with the dongle automatically when you pick up the controller, even in switch input, i use bluetooth mainly for the deck on it

the only issue with switch input and initial pairing is that gyro is broken when it pairs first but when i want to use gyro i just powercycle the controller (didnt test if this was the case in BT mode but i know its the case with switch mode in dongle mode)
