KIt's complaining about a config file that lives in var having a syntax error

Myeah I think this is what happens if you install from the iso
Mrebase to testing doesn’t have the issue
Mbut I’ve done it a couple times so the install iso does work
Jmy first attempt was changing the grub entry in the iso to pull directly from testing, and i had the same result
Jthe picture i took was on stable but testing was the same thing
Mah I’ve only done install iso -> rebase instead of direct so I’m not sure about that part of it

NI have bazzite installed on my desktop PC and something I've noticed with Steam is I am not getting anywhere close to the download speed that is available through my modem. I have gigabit and I'm getting only about 165mbps peak.
NNot sure if anyone has found a fix for this or is experiencing a similar issue.
Nclearing my download cache in steam helped a bit.
Htry close steam and add this to
~/.steam/steam/steam_dev.cfgthen start steam

Halso if the disk is capping out on write speed then that will also be your bottleneck, could be as simple as the controller, lack of dram cache, etc
NYeah, I checked my disk and it's an NVME disk with more than enough write speed.
NI had to create the steam_dev.cfg file as it didn't exist before.

CNot that surprising considering that Lenovo is a lot more Linux friendly than ASUS, plus, the Legion Go doesn't burn your SD cards, which is neat
CDammit, I wanted to make that joke, my M2 MBA is a beast, is the reason I ended up buying a pc and then selling it, I like my mac so mucho I just never used the PC, which is also why I want to buy the LGO, better suits my needs
