It should be that you selected the Duo game mode from the map selection menu and disabled the auto matching as shown in my screenshot below, @pussy hunter. As a result, while you queued in the match alone, the game mode was still Duo with other teams of 2 players. Please try again and make sure that you select the Solo game mode. If it still does not work, you can let us know.

If you are using an Apple device, you have the option to delete your PUBG MOBILE account from your Account settings of the game. If you want to remove a social media account from your current PUBG MOBILE account, you can do it through your Account settings of the game after you meet all these requirements:

Your Google account cannot be unlinked from your PUBG MOBILE account be used to log into a different PUBG MOBILE account if you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account. Please read the instructions in my screenshot.

The thing is my main is with my old Facebook and when I had problems with Facebook and couldn't log in, I created a Google one instead. Then I regained access to the Facebook account and I would rather to have Google on the Main one for ease of access.
