It seems as tho you're not granting the game access to your storage and it is unable to function properly. Try allowing in the pop up and say if it works.

You will not be able to submit another account recovery request through the account recovery tool for 3 months after the successful claim. Hello! Do you have the X (Twitter) application installed on your device? If not, please install the application, login to your X account that is linked with your PUBG MOBILE account. Then try logging in to your PUBG MOBILE account using the Twitter login option. Let us know if this helps!

If your friend has a phone number linked to her PUBG MOBILE account, please inform her to enable secondary verification through the Account settings of the game and enable two-factor authentication for her linked social media accounts as well. Also, make sure to change your password one time for both of them. If your friend does that and logs out of her PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access her account anymore.

For more information regarding hacked or compromised accounts, please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance.
