VIt might take a minute, but it'll rebase your system to the steam deck image
SAh should be fine
VOnce that's done, just reboot. Once it's done, go through bazzite portal.
VI can send you the desktop shortcut for return to gamemode

Cyou can also add as a non steam game to steam and launch that way. lots of guides on the steamdeck reddit that will work the same.
