Please ensure that you have met the synergy requirements with your friend. You may be limited in using the gifting feature if you have sent too many gifts during the day. If you are, try again tomorrow.

Please refer to my previous response. You need to go to your device settings, search "Safari", scroll down within the "Safari" settings and click on Clear History and Website DataClear History and Website Data. Once you have done that, try logging in again in the game.
