does indeed replace .bash_profile and .bashrc files with their own - that is, with symbolic links pointing to root/root 'real' files stored within nix's home-manager.
Can you open an issue on fleeks repo with the parts that are missing? Maybe we can figure out a way to either set them somewhere else or do a special case for bazzite
Just merging them didn't work. Yeah, for now fleek is both unusable and breaks Desktop on :testing. I'll copy in a moment log from fleek apply (bc it contains logs o interest here IMO) and I'll open issue at fleek's GitHub.

i dont use nix or home manager but my point was that if home-manager or fleek needed to add something to bashrc, it might be possible to just add it into the .bashrc.d folder since bash is what would handle that anyway
Having a problem with the audio on steam deck. I’m on deck:latest. The audio devices (both the ACP and the Radeon) are disabled by default when I reboot. I then have to enable the ACP virtual device in desktop mode then switch the profile to “SOF Vangogh” to get it to work.
When I sleep my steam deck, the SOF Vangogh profile goes away and I have to reboot to get audio to work again. Ideas?
hey all dumb question but i installed krusader so i could use it as root if need since dolphin doesnt like sudo anyway krusader asks for password for root action via the standard kde gui password prompt but it keeps telling the password is wrong (or not accepted?) even though its correct. i assume there something im doing wrong but not sure what exactly
ive had this happen i think as well on deck:latest sometimes ill boot into game mode and audio device shows up as "null" this is on the LCD deck.. a reboot usually corrects it though.
