Some events are only available in certain regions and not available to everyone. If there is a regional event available in the game for a certain country/region, you need to have the same country/region settings in the game and be located in the same country/region to be able to participate in the event.

To display both badges you need to disable them all and play a match then you restart the game and it will be solved.
