I’m having a problem, I can’t access my pubgm account because I changed my phone number and I can’t get through second verification cause PUBGM uses my previous phone number, does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
The only official PUBG MOBILE support and customer service team is in-game and service@pubgmobile.com. They never send you an e-mail from service@pubgmobile.com, or a friend request or private message on Discord, to offer you support. If someone impersonates us to convince you of otherwise, block them and report to Discord.
hello everybody, Happy new year, wish y'all the best, have a question i have 19/20 stars, to buy permanent Investigator Golden Skin i need 30, will be more missions there and will they be added after 13th Jan? (ending of season?) (will i keep my stars?)
Hello, @M A T I K! With each season, new season challenges will be added to review missions. These include different levels of missions for investigators to complete. For every completed mission, investigators can get certain amount of Review Stars which can be used to redeem exclusive investigator items.
Challange missions reset with each new season. Any ongoing missions will not carry over. However, any obtained Review Stars do accumulate. The current season will be available until 2024-01-13.
