If you have already reported the player in-game, you will promptly receive a response and update on your case. They will be punished as soon as the violation is verified.

If you want to get the user identification of the player, you can copy it from the security center. You can hold your thumb on the username and you will be able to copy the username from your report records.

Are you referring to clan points, @noname? You will not lose your clan points or the season tokens, but you will lose all your clan Energy if you leave the clan.

Regarding Clan Energy, @noname:

1. Clan members can obtain Energy through the methods that correspond to their Clan tag.
2. The Energy obtained by Clan members will count towards the Clan's Energy.
3. Players can check the objective page to view their total weekly and seasonal energy, along with the total Clan Energy in real-time. Players can collect rewards for meeting the corresponding objectives (each player may only collect each reward at each level of each stage once).
4. Players' Energy will be cleared when they leave a Clan, but their contributions to the Clan Energy will not be removed.
5. The Clan Leader can change the Clan tag once within the first 7 days of each season, and all Energy of the previous tag will be cleared when the tag is changed.
6. You will gain an additional Energy bonus if you are a returning player or are in a team with a returning player.

You may open the Objective menu in the clan to check the available rewards and the missions. Clan energy also contributes towards the clan rankings for the season and weekly rankings.
