The Apple philosophy, sexy, sleek and minimalist from the get go, but that's all you get, which as someone with a mac, iPhone and Watch, y'all can see that I agree with it
I want a Legion Go specially to use at home. I'm a single monitor boi (a 43 inch 4K TV mind you) for work, so if I want to play something while working (which is most of the time), I need to play it full screen, and welp, you see the issue. I bought a gaming PC but windows is awful for multitasking and most things I use for work either half work, or are a PIA to configure (and I'm talking literally just Teams, Skype and Apple Music), I even had a gaming laptop, which I too sold because, well, I hate working in Windows and couldn't for the life of me make the different performance profiles to work on it (Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 btw), and it just had the same issues.
So at the end, a gaming laptop is no use for me because it's a hassle to make it work in linux (unless is a kinda expensive one) and a gaming PC doesn't solve my single monitor issue, so, after watching my boyfriend play with his switch while at work, I had the epiphany that indeed, the best format for me, is a Handheld PC.
It always strikes me as odd when people claim that Gnome is not customizable. I tried KDE first, was disappointed, tried Gnome, immediately installed extensions, got what I needed, and continued customizing it far beyond what anything else on any operating system supports
I'm a gnome 3 veteran, I remember installing it in a netbook and it ran extremely crappy lmao, once I got a better PC (FX 6100 and HD 6870 my beloved) I constantly chose Gnome above KDE and XFCE, it has always been a delight
I also remember Ubuntu pre-Gnome Shell, I used a widget software which I have completely forgot the name that made it look futuristic, at least in my head
This is a demonstration of the Git version of Compiz Fusion (formerly known as compcomm), which is the remerge of beryl and compiz, and some of its interesting features.
Someone asked me about my system specs: My computer is running an AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3700+ (although I'm using 32-bit ubuntu since it's easier), motherboard is an ASUS A...

what I want is for when the machine is in -dx mode for there to be a split in the top panel at 45 degree angle, a little gap opens up and you see the "inside" of the panel and there's turbos and stuff in there
By the way, I don't have any hardware to test Bazzite, and definitely I cannot program even if my life depended of it (the most I knew to do were some bash scripts for when there wasn't any good ways to convert .ape files to flacs), but I do know spanish, would translating stuff like the read me would be useful for y'all?
