Post your OBS settings and an OBS log from a point where OBS was lagging
just recently(today) changed to this just got done watching one of Voxs video on obs guide but before it was set to p3 and single pass haven’t test yet so hopefully this works. it always said when started to laggy “encoder overload considering turing down” on obs but then it went out
Post an OBS log
Can you isntead grab an older log where you had issues. This one doesn't have any issues listed in it
The logs are named with a timestamp so you can figure out when you had the issues and grab the log from that time
GG @thegodfatherpart4, you just advanced to level 1 !
That one also doesn't have any stream outputs
how can find out which ones did i don’t want to send a whole bunch i was certain i laggy on that one
You can open them in a text editor and search for the phrase
frames due to
If that phrase exists it'll be for either dropped frames, lagged frames, or encoder overload
Once you find it post that log herenone of them did..
Any of them say
Recording Start
or Streaming Start
?no
Well not sure how you don't have a log from your stream / recording
but looking at the other ones, my guess is that you're using display capture when you should be using Game Capture
At least just for the game scene, where you can remove the display capture and use game capture instead
i haven’t recorded anything just been trying to figure that out first but i’ll get one once i change that and run a test later today and see if anything changes i’ll send update soon thanks
are both monitors connected to the 3070? or are either of them connected to the motherbooard i/o?
