I already try all the way from "Basic tModLoader Usage FAQ" , but I still can't open tModLoader

Just like what I said on the title , I still can't open . And then I just find my friend who can open tModloader and I find something we are different .

I tried many way to fix this but still not working and this is the only I find is different , I didn't see "Basic tModLoader Usage FAQ" has tell about this question .
So I come here again to get some help . I am didn't play this game for four months , at this four months I keep finding way to fix this problems , but none of them is working.
