VIt's been a bug for a while, happened on my laptop
XSometimes you can fix it by rotating the device, sometimes you can't

X@antheas neither command makes the PS5 mode of the Ally controller come back, but the b7 one does turn it off and b8 makes it come back as an xbox controller (without the guide button)
