RQuectel (I wonder why /s) has tried to post hacks for this in kernel, not sure if @Kyle Gospo want to use them in the meantime.
ROf course they have been NAcKed since this should be implemented at an upper layer, but it might be worth to include them in the meanwhile.

RIf you are referring to a reshade shader, gamescope built into Bazzite is identical to SteamOS, so it should be supported.
RNot sure if Valve added a UI for enabling it, I haven't seen in bazzite for now AFAIK,
