Deck gaming mode, prevent display dim for a specific non-steam game?

Is there a way to facilitate this on bazzite? I have set a talk permission in flat seal for the app:

I think you could use feral game mode to prevent display dimming /screen locking

Put "gamemoderun %command%" into the launch options in the steam properties menu for the game

we don't ship gamemode

and it can't be installed, it's explicitly removed

gamescope also isn't a normal compositor, I think any keep-awake has to be done through gamescope
