BMain area where linux can be awkward for me is audio. Occasionally i have to manually toggle the audio device selection in gamemode to get it to pickup a new audio device. Another time an app may accidentally get muted while in desktop mode and you will have to go back on there to unmute it

Tyeah lol. my microphone likes to automatically adjust to 100% volume all the time despite having it on 76% input volume at all times. not that it stays there

BI had that a lot on steamos. On bazzite i enabled extra volume toggle in desktop mode and have my mic set to 130%. Seems to have stuck
BThere's no rush, cherish your spare time while you have less responsibility (hopefully)

Konly chrome & chromium browsers work well in gamemode
SI woke up at 5pm
KI recommend sticking to the desktop for web browsing

BI have been using dualshock 4 in game mode with microsoft edge (chromium-based) for streaming and video sites. Works well enough
