DHi all, I'm on basic Fedora and getting sick of "installing the batteries" whenever I find an issue so considering switching it to UBlue Bazzite. Two questions: is GNOME having performance issues compared to KDE or about same (HDR/VRR)? Also, some steam games require the traditional package rather than the flatpak version, that's fine to install?

TGNOME does not have proper HDR support yet, no. Bazzite has a VRR patch but that may break sometimes. KDE has VRR and will also get HDR support eventually (like GNOME.) Bazzite also comes with the package preinstalled
