Honce you have added all the mount points you can test the automount with
if you have done anything wrong it will spit out an error

Hmight be an nvidia thing, i have not had that. cant say for sure though since i have not used nvidia on linux for many years

Hyes, devide nodes can move around between reboots, UUID is a lot safer as it is unique to the partition you made on the disk
