KWe should only be changing the default values
Bupdating the system changed my default fonts, i forced it with rpm-ostree update
Kalso what feature was disabled for you? only thing should be hot corner (replaced), and search bar in overview on deck builds
KI see, that's to match valve's themes on the KDE builds
Ball window buttons were enabled, and hot corners were disabled when they were previously enabled out of the box

SHmm. The update appears to have disabled my ability to tap-to-click on my touchpad. The option's just greyed out, rather than the previous radio button
