Genshin Impact not getting past the "Play Now" button
When I first started genshin impact, an epic games page opened in firefox, asking me to link genshin to the launcher, and now the game crashes before getting past heroic games launcher. I also get a wine (i think) error, which says something about my user information I used to log in (that page that popped up could be completely unrelated, but I'm curious if disconnecting genshin from my epic games would change anything). Any help is appreciated

Not yet, It say's launching for about 20 seconds, opens the box in the screenshot, and once I press close it says "play now" again

hmm. it doesn't have any dependencies that would make me think that you have to install anything else up front
try deleting the prefix and running it again
do you have a GPU are you strictly running off the iGPU?

turn off dxvk and vkd3d-proton
and then turn back on

no vkd3d and dxvk
no nvapi
vkd3d first
then you can turn off dxvk

you have vulkan-intel and lib32-vulkan-intel installed right?
