ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
I've double and triple checked all my settings in Cloudflare to CNAME, but for some reason the cert on Railways side is not working properly.

Looks like its a similar to issue to this one you supported here.
My website is not running due to SSL support - Railway
The browser is showing following message:
alfajr.edu.pk uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

try turning off the orange cloud
I filped it off and back on. Saw that in the support message I posted. But still the same error message.
If it's still not working, try starting the process again:
- Remove domain from your Railway service
- Remove domain from Cloudflare
- Add custom domain on Railway
- Follow instructions, add domain to CF -> turn off orange cloud
- Clear browser cache

can you disable DNSSEC in your domain provider

who was your domain provider again?
I've tried to mirror my cname setup with a diffrent railway project and domain. Both are in squarespace.
The other project is not having the same issue, but I still can't get it up.

Well I disabled it like you suggested.
Now I have a new error, "Your connection is not private

Just cloudflare or waiting versions.

Or the connected with Cloud Flare one.
