SI just kinda wished for a controller friendly version of it but eh you can't win em all if you could I wouldn't be dual booting anyways

Hbut you should be able to increase the timer by editing
/etc/defaults/grubvery easy to break the bootloader if you mess up

TNot directly no, as implied by its name. However, you can probably replicate its functionality manually because MO2 itself doesn’t require Steam, for example
