Change out the cooler for an air cooler; you don't need an AIO for this CPU choice. You can even stick with the stock cooler if you're on a budget - the Wraith cooler is enough for the 5700X. I added a very well-performing air cooler if you wanted something quieter/cooler, though. Get a better motherboard with the money you save - the one you chose only supports gen 3 PCIe, has almost no rear IO, and is very limiting, which isn't great for future upgrades.
